Heather Reeves CEO/Broker

Leads Origin as Managing Broker. She holds a degree in Economics and Finance from UC San Diego and an MBA with emphasis in Real Estate and Organizational Leadership from UC Irvine. Before Origin, Heather worked as a mortgage and investment professional at JP Morgan Chase and as a Senior Financial Analyst at PIMCO. A native of Orange County, she has been in the real estate field since high school. Heather specializes in client relationship management, strategic market analysis, negotiations, and professional real estate consulting across residential, commercial, multifamily, land, and leasing. Dina Clem COO/Broker

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Organizational Management. A broker since 2001, Dina spent over a decade as Managing Broker of record for a boutique coalition, where she mentored many agents through the early years of their careers.

Clients turn to Dina for her ability to make complex financial transactions feel manageable. She walks buyers and sellers through every step of the process with the kind of clarity and organization that keeps deals moving and everyone at the table comfortable. Her specialties include residential home sales, leasing, and property management.

Michael Clem CIO/Broker

With over 15 years of experience as a real estate broker, entrepreneur, and licensed attorney, Michael has founded and grown several successful Orange County startups. He brings a time-honed balance of practical and strategic counsel to every transaction, designed to minimize risk and maximize results. An outside-the-box thinker, Michael takes a collaborative approach, consulting with clients and their existing advisors to arrive at solutions that offer the greatest advantage. Luis Navarro, Agent

He brings more than 25 years of leadership and people-focused experience to real estate, along with over two decades of service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
